Car rental for a stay in Piscadera
Piscadera is west of Willemstad. A stay around the bay mainly calls for a clear starting point: your accommodation’s address and the places you want to visit during your holiday.
Piscadera Bay and your accommodation
The Curaçao Tourist Board describes locations along the beach coastline of Piscadera Bay. Use the name Piscadera for orientation, but save your accommodation’s exact address and instructions for arrival. A bay or area name does not tell you which entrance to take. Check that information with your accommodation before setting off.
Make an overview of the days you will stay near your accommodation and the days you want to go on outings. That is a better basis for your rental period than just the name of the hotel or region.
Willemstad with a deliberate starting point
Plan a city visit around the district you want to explore. Punda, Otrobanda and Pietermaai each have their own place in the Willemstad guide. A specific starting point makes it easier to see driving and walking as two parts of the day.
Also consider where you want to end your walk. You do not need to move the car again for every new street.
Blue Bay and Sint Michiel are different destinations
Like Piscadera, Blue Bay is on the western side of Willemstad, but it is not the same destination. If you want to visit Blue Bay Beach or a location in Sint Michiel, consult the separate guide and the relevant place’s current information.
Do not let a similar location cause you to mix up arrival instructions. Save the individual address for each visit.
A separate day towards Bandabou
If you want to visit Knip, Kalki, Lagun or Cas Abou, make a focused choice from the west coast guide. Playa Kalki is near Westpunt, not in the immediate vicinity of Piscadera or Blue Bay. Choose a main destination and keep other stops as options.
Check your route and fuel before setting off. For that, consult the signs, current instructions and your rental agreement.
Prepare your rental car arrangements and arrival together
Compare cars based on travellers, luggage and your holiday plans. Check the individual car specifications and then availability for your chosen period.
If you are arriving by plane, read the Hato Airport page. A personalised quote remains subject to the arrangements for that request.
