Dushi Miles Car Rental terms
Read these arrangements before booking. If an arrangement for your rental is unclear, contact Dushi Miles before you book. We confirm the specific arrangements for your car and rental dates with your booking.
Rental business and contact

Drivers
Drivers must be 23 or older unless otherwise agreed. Additional drivers must provide their details and be approved by Dushi Miles before driving the car.
Price and payment
Includes 6% tax and third-party liability (WA) insurance. All Risk is optional. Check the booking total or contact Dushi Miles for the final amount before booking.
The full booking amount must be paid no later than key handover. Contact us before booking if you have questions about payment arrangements.
Payment
Pay in cash or by bank transfer. No credit card required.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free until 7 days before pickup. For cancellation within 7 days before pickup, we charge 50% of the booking amount. Contact Dushi Miles to notify us of a cancellation.
Late return and breaches
Late return incurs €50 plus the applicable extra rental-day charge. A fee of €250 per breach may be charged when conditions are violated. Ask before booking about any conditions relevant to your rental.
Deposit, excess and All Risk
With All Risk you pay no deposit (€0). With Basic (third-party only) we ask a €475 deposit at pick-up. Return the car without damage and you get the full deposit back. If there is damage below €475, we only keep the damage amount and refund the rest.
The standard excess is €475 per damage.
All Risk is optional and costs €7.50 per rental day. Each €7.50 paid lowers the maximum excess for one damage by €7.50, up to the total paid for All Risk during that rental. The maximum excess never goes below €0. All Risk is not a full waiver.
Example: for a 10-day rental you pay €75 for All Risk. Your maximum excess for a single damage is then €400 (€475 − €75), even if the actual damage is €1,000.

Vehicle tracker
The vehicle tracker is used for theft prevention and events in prohibited areas. It is not actively monitored continuously. Ask before booking which area restrictions apply to your rental.
